Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Prepaid Orders

  • Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999 within India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for order processing and dispatch.
  • Pre-ordered items may require additional time and are generally dispatched within 7–10 working days.
  • If your order contains multiple products, all items will be shipped together. Delivery timelines may be slightly longer in such cases.

Incorrect Contact Information

If an incorrect contact number is provided and the order has already been shipped:

  • A charge of ₹250 will be deducted towards shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide so you can enjoy your favorite Soraya Jewels products wherever you are.

  • Courier service selected

Standard International Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via India Post.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks from the date of dispatch.

Express International Delivery

For express shipping through private courier services such as DHL, UPS, etc., please contact us:

Customs & Duties

  • International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges as per their country's regulations.
  • Any such charges must be borne by the customer.
  • In some countries, parcels may need to be collected from the nearest post office rather than being delivered directly to your doorstep.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Soraya Jewels, every product is handcrafted with care. While we strive to ensure that every item matches the images displayed on our website, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Shipped orders are not eligible for refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Accessories

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Conditions for Exchange Requests

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 2 working days of receiving the order.
  • A clear parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The original packaging must be retained.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note:

  • No exchange request will be entertained without a parcel opening/unboxing video.
  • No exchange request will be accepted if the original packaging is missing.

Product Verification

Once we receive your complaint and supporting evidence:

  • Our team will inspect and verify the issue.
  • If the defect or error is found to be on our end, we will arrange for an exchange of the product.

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • All approved returns or exchanges are eligible for store credit only.

Product Unavailability

In the rare event that a replacement product is unavailable:

  • The equivalent amount may be credited to the customer's bank account.
